Caterer Mitchell Froehlich has assembled a new
culinary team that is truly a
collection of the most experienced world class elite
professionals in the industry. With their innovative
gourmet menus and culinary creativity, your palates
will be greatly enticed. This year we are expanding
our menu to include a unique choice of popular gebrokts items, such as genuine Matzoh balls, Matzoh
brei, pizza, and much more. A complete Non-Gebrokts
menu is available as well.

Pesach we are taking our culinary arts to the next
level. From our
exceptional
gourmet cuisine to traditional Pesach favorites,
children's menus,
mouth watering meals, over flowing
exquisite
buffets, Kiddushim and desserts, to the poolside
BBQs, smoothie bar and lavish tea room, it will leave
your taste buds extremely satisfied.
Pesach is a time of additional Kashrus stringencies
and we are committed to following the strictest
guidelines, using the best quality Glatt
Kosher Chasidishe Shechitah meats, (Bet Yossef
Available) Cholov Yisroel products and Shmura Matza.
